FASTrack Soccer and the Parisi Speed School have partnered to provide you with the best youth soccer training in North Jersey.
eginning on Novemenber 17th and running through April, FASTrack and Parisi will be conducting SPEED and SKILL Clinics at the Parisi Speed School located at 2-22 Banta Place in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. The Parisi Speed School has recently installed 7,000 square feet of artificial turf..
FASTrack Training Features:
- The perfect footwork curriculum designed to develop great first touch and control
- Dribbling exercises that will create confidence and creativity
- Proper ball striking technique necessary for effective play
Parisi Speed Training Features:
- Explosive exercises designed to maximize your acceleration and power
- Strength and stopping techniques that will reduce the risk of non-contact injuries
- Fitness and fast feet drills that are the key to avoiding missteps when running

Our indoor soccer performance clinics are open to youth players from 7 to 17 years of age. Sessions are 60 minutes each and feature 30 minutes of FASTrack technique and ball control instruction and 30 minutes of Parisi speed and agility training. All of our training will be offered in series of 8 sessions and will be held at the Parisi Speed School located at 2-22 Banta Place in Fair Lawn, NJ.
Over 3,000 players have attended our training sessions through camps and indoor training. A common remark offered by coaches is “you can tell which players went to FASTrack.”
